If we are Out Of Stock of any Product you would like, then we will try to reorder this product. Note: If you would like us to order any item that we do not have at the moment on our site then feel free to send us an email confirming your request. E.g. a Clover Product that you may like, but we do not presently stock.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include 19 % BTW (sales tax) but exclude postage charges (see below for Postage charges).

There are 2 ways you can choose to pay for your goods:
1) Safe Online Payments via PayPal or iDEAL, OR
2) Direct Debit/Money Transfer
In order to pay online via PayPal you need a PayPal account. You can open one FOR FREE on the PayPal website. PayPal makes safe Online Payments possible. You can also use your Visa or Mastercard via the PayPal System.
Ideal is a method of payment for online purchases allowing an electronic link betweenthe store and major banks in the Netherlands making payments easy and quick with no paperwork involved. This system was developed and is supported by the following banks: ABN, AMRO, Rabobank, ING bank, Fortis, Postbank and SNS bank (more info down below)

The date of payment is the date on which the money has been received on the Aztec Rose Crea & Hobby account. Your order will be sent after receipt of money.

Return of Goods
In the unlikely event you want to exchange or return an article, this is possible. You have the right to return an article within 7 working days after the actual delivery date, after consulting us. The article has to be undamaged and it has to be returned in the same packaging as it was originally sent in. The postage costs of returning articles are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned articles without proper postage or packages sent C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted. If you have already paid the amount due, this will be reimbursed to the buyer’s account (minus the postage charge) within 14 days after the actual delivery of the returned articles. After the period of 7 days the purchase cannot be returned or exchanged anymore.
Please note: It is not possible to exchange or return materials that have been cut off especially. Also articles on special offer cannot be returned.
How does it work?
When you place an order with the store, choose Ideal as method of payment. Next, select your bank from the list and you will be redirected to your banks online banking site.
All you then need to do is to fill in a few details and authorise the transaction. The payment amount will be directly debited from your account and paid to your online store allowing quick dispatch of your purchases.
Can I use ideal?
Providing you have a current account with the above mentioned banks with internet banking facilities, anyone may use Ideal.
